Knot Blend Vault keeps this policy deliberately plain. It covers the little data this site touches, why we touch it, and the rights you have over it.

The site itself stores no personal data. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive what you chose to send — typically your name, your address for correspondence, and the content of your message.

Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings.

No third party receives your details from us — not for marketing, not for "partnerships", not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.

We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.

Access, correction, deletion, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message to hello@knotblendvault.com is enough.

What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
